In early 2014, in the streets of New York, between long conversations and continuous declarations of dreams among family and friends, the idea of creating an urban and versatile brand was born; which we called Xplod NYC. Influenced by the style of this city, we appropriated its textures, colors, music, art, and culture, to begin defining our personality as a brand, but most importantly; it led us to understand why we wanted to do this. At that moment, our initial motive as a company was born, and since then, it has become the phrase that was born, and since then, it become the phrase every day reminds us why we chose this path…

Now that you are part of this dream, we leave it for you to carry it in your soul: “We share our ability to dream big and the courage to be happy, building the future now.”.

New York, the city of inspiration from the beginning of this dream, also encouraged us to start enjoying the process ahead of us. One thing we know is that this is not our life plan, this is something we had to share with others; that’s why our first goal was to capture the concept of the American brand, to turn it into a 100% Colombian product of elaboration and production.

Today, seven years later, we can proudly say “we did it!”, we continue the daily task of becoming the main ally to 254 direct collaborators and more than 400 indirect collaborators who can fulfill their dreams through teamwork, and continue to reach every corner of our country.

Our goal is to be a company admired and appreciated by our customers, but above all by our employees. This last part is essential since we consider that the heart of our company is the people who make it up, and the way our employees admire their work is by making products that they feel proud of, always taking into account our values: clarity, discipline, and coherence.

On the other hand, respect for the environment led us to the search for a common good, which is based on the sustainable and conscious management that characterizes our community.

We want to become a global company, creating a solid foundation to reach new audiences and new cultures, adopting technology to the maximum for the creation of new products, as well as for the optimization of time in our processes, thus seeking to reach higher quality products that allow us to grow and establish ourselves as a source of job opportunities that help young students, mothers, heads of households and professionals from various areas, to have a learning development and continuous professional growth in our company.
